State-level executive committee meeting of SKM Students’ Wing

A formal state-level executive committee meeting of SKM Students’ Wing was conducted today under the chairmanship of Chief Coordinator Cum Hon’ble MP Shri Indra Hang Subba.

The meeting discussed on organising of READ & GROW campaign season 2 at Manan Kendra in the month of May.

After a successful event last year, this year SKM students’ wing shall engage students from various schools, institution and colleges so that we could spread more awareness and positive message on the importance of reading habits in the society.

The executive committee also thanked HCM Shri Prem Singh Tamang, Hon’ble Education Minister Shri Kunga Nima Lepcha, STRB and officials of Education Department for successfully conducting tedious probationary teachers’ interview within stipulated short period of time.

The scrutiny for regularisation of probationary teachers working since past 8 years has been recently commenced and we would like to congratulate all those respected adhoc/probationary teachers who shall be regularised. It’s due to sheer dynamic leadership and political will of Hon’ble Chief Minister under whom Long pending demand of regularisation of adhoc teachers saw the dawn of hope through implementation of regularisation policy under SKM party GOVERNMENT which was in fact but a dream and in words only during 25 years long SDF regime.
