Under the dynamic leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) and the guidance of the Hon’ble Area MLA Shri GT Dhungel. Inspection/Survey was conducted in the presence of the Area MLA Shri GT Dhungel along with Shri M.T Sherpa, Secretary SCS (Urban Development Department), Shri Lakpa Sherpa, Chief Engineer, Ma’am Neelam Rai, Additional Chief Engineer, Ma’am Dorjee Laden, Superintendent Engineer, Ma’am Kalpana Lama, Divisional Engineer, Shri Dinker Gurung, Chief Town Planner, Ma’am Nisha Lamichaney , Architect, Ma’am Pratiksha Sharma, Junior Engineer, and followed by other respected dignitaries. The Inspection/Survey was held at NBBC College, Tadong, Saraswati Mandir, 16 Daragoan -Lumsey Ward and Amargram Goan( society) respectively.

Furthermore, the main grounds for conducting the survey was to initiateUrban Infrastructures and to recreate playgrounds, Parking Spaces, police outposts, smart complexes and other required facilities for the people of the native society.

In addition, during the survey, our respected Area MLA Shri GT Dhungel stated that, ” As Gangtok being one of the most populated districts of East Sikkim as compared to other districts of Sikkim, here we have a very limited space and the residencal complexes are expanding in a wider way. So now, through the dynamic leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Prem Singh Tamang Golay we have planned to recreate/construct playgrounds, parking spaces, community halls, police outposts and other required commodities inside the neighborhood of specific areas for the well-being of the people.”

“As we are more focused on the children because there’s a saying- ‘An Idol mind is the Devil’s Workshop’ so this upcoming project will surely benefit students and children as they can indulge themselves in sports and other recreational activities.” Shri GT Dhungel stated.

Therefore, the current Government is focusing more on the native people of Sikkim and to Advance the State to a greater extent.
